    I avoid most of them. They are incoherent and difficult to read.

    This is his third identity on the BB. He was DaChaser,with 2,324 posts. Then he became JesusFan with 6,356 posts. Now in his current form he has amassed 9,379 posts. In the aggregate he now has had a total of 18,059 posts in less than 2 years. That's not counting his forays onto other forums. He has way too much time on his hands and must do little more than post during his waking hours. He needs to drastically reduce his post count --especially his absurd questions. And yes, he needs a spell check as well as a grammar lesson along the way.

    One thing that particularly annoys me is that he quotes really long posts of others just to add a sentence or two of commentary or additional questions. He is not willing to spend some time to quote just a fraction of a prior post and comment on that. It's a waste of band-width.

    Aside from the above concerns he seems like a nice enough guy.

    Why are you concerned, unless you know the poster personally? Many of us have no clue what goes on with a person.
    I've been surprised more than once to find out who is on the other side of the screen, including members in nursing homes.
    How on earth do you know someone has something better to do? Maybe online is their ability to connect and the activity they are capable of doing.
    One never knows.
    Be kind.

    Heck, I'm sitting at walmart waiting on my wife. Sometimes a guy really has nothing better to do :smilewinkgrin:

    Actually, to be honest there are many times that I post here just to get clarification or explore some topic. While I would be more satisfied if this were done in my local church or among people I really knew – the opportunity is not there. As I look over the list of questions, many are worth exploring.

    Of course, I do know that some post only to forward an agenda or create an argument. But there are others who know that learning is rarely done in isolation and have difficulty finding people who care to discuss religious topics. That’s how I stumbled on this board many moons ago.

    Hey, somebody has to post new topics to keep things moving around here. I could never come up with all those questions on my own. Maybe somebody else will come along and find what they need in one of those threads. I don't know. (shrug)

    Yes...he is very prolific in asserting himself with questions....probably using a cell phone or tablet without spell check.

    If he annoys you, then simply put him on ignore.

    I don't mind so much that Yeshua1 starts endless threads, he keeps things moving around here.

    What bothers me is that he asks questions as though he is sincerely interested in learning something. Then, if you post an answer with lots of scripture to back it up, he ignores it completely and usually posts some Calvinist "cliche" such as;

    al men dEprvd and nut Abe l to Sek Got

    Now, you might have just posted a verse like this that argues against both of his points;

    2 Cor 19:3 Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.

    No matter how compelling an argument you make, he will just come back with a Calvinist cliche, or he will simply avoid your answer and ask a new question.

    This personally irks the you know what out of me. I think a person should be required to show scriptural support for their statements.

    No harm, I sorta like some of the questions too...

    ...hence the desire to get him a good Systematic Theology text.

    :thumbs:
    He’s not the only one. It is aggravating when someone insists on a position or point and when asked for scriptural support they just ignore the request and continue their argument.

    But I do like some of his questions.
