    Hi there. I've been around a little while, but perhaps I should have introduced myself.

    Denomination - Raised SBC & BGCT, currently serve an SBC, SBTC church as interim music director

    Occupation - Elementary Music Teacher

    Education - Bachelor of Music in Applied Voice - Baylor University; Waco, Texas
    Master of Arts in Theology - Wheaton College; Wheaton, Illinois
    Master of Science in Educational Leadership (in progress) - University of Houston, Clear Lake; Houston, TX

    Favorite Authors - C.S. Lewis, N.T. Wright, Mark Noll, Donald Miller

    In the last two Presidential elections, voted for - George W. Bush, John McCain

    I spent my teenage years in Houston. met my husband there and had both my children at Memorial City Hospital. Still think of it as home.

    Welcome Brother

    It is great to get to know you.

    When I was going through HS and JC, my career goal was to be a HS Band Teacher. That was changed when I received my calling to the ministry. I don't regret it at all, but, it's always wonderful to run into folks that work with kids in the area of music.

    As for your favorite authors, I would like to be one of your favorites, but, my books are rather selective in who is drawn to read them. However, if you get a chance, drop by my site and check out the books. They are at www.removethehaze.com.

    I wish you the very best on the board, and pray your experiences here be a blessing, fulfilling, and enlightening. There are a whole lot of wonderful, caring people on the board, and you couldn't ask for a more loving group to go to when you have a prayer need.
