I would make a point to explain, as much as possible, to a non-Calvinist any point. [Unfortunately I am not really a Calvinist. Nevertheless Biblical truth should be proven easily by one or two Scriptures, maybe three.]

Which are meaningless rants. You have made no Biblical argument here to answer.

This is a meaningless rant. You've made no Biblical argument to argue against in the OP.

Bear in mind, from the stand point that Calvinism is the correct understanding of Biblical soteriology. Not agreeing with it doesn't make it not true.

Well, golly. As if there is not a library of threads on the Baptist Board that attempt to do exactly that.

You would think. The problem is on both sides of each argument. And there are not just the two opposing views.
1 Corinthians 1:10, ". . . Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. . . ." Do we really care to see to this?

Do you think Paul was saying that there should never be any disagreements among you? Paul and Barnabas had to go their separate ways because they disagreed. The dispute over the Calvinism issue will not likely be settled on this side of eternity. No. The real problem is not allowing the issue to divide brethren within the local church. It is better to separate than to cause contention. Some Christians are able to remain in a church that teaches differently than what they believe on the Calvinism issue. Others cannot. I will not sit in judgment on someone who must separate for conscience's sake.

Not at all. See 1 Corinthians 11:18-19.

Steve Brown talks about an idea that he would like to see in the Church where everyone wears a sign listing their greatest sin. He claims nobody will see anyone else’s sign because everyone would be so busy covering their own sign.

I suspect Heaven would be like that. If your sign listed the Doctrines that YOU got wrong, everyone would be too busy worrying about what they got wrong to say “I told you so” to anyone else. ;)

Since all sin (and pride is a sin) will not be present in glory, I seriously doubt we will hear, "I told you so".

This is a Christian Forum … “I told you so” is about 50% of the posts. ;)
