If the War for Independence (1776) had been won by England, how do you think that would have affected religion in the US. Would the Church of England have become the State religion, would groups such as Baptists been persecutted....

Groups such as Baptists were already being persecuted in some regions. Wasn't the state religion essentially the CoE anyway since America was a British colony?

Would Spain have had a greater presence in North America or would France have?

They are both Catholic nations, so would that have made the RC church more powerful at the time?

Given that Baptists and other non-conformists were not actively persecuted in the UK at that time (apart from not being able to hold public office, and even that was dropped in 1828), not a lot of difference in terms of religious practice; you would just have had an Established Church alongside all the other denominations, as do we.

Without the US doctrine of "Manifest Destiny", I doubt there would be English rule in the west. Probably Mexico would still hold the American southwest and Spanish would be the predominant language. Wait...that's where we are going anyway! Never mind.

There might not have been a French Revolution. Then maybe no Russian Revolution.

Indeed; Lafayette and Co wouldn't have brought home with them those pesky liberal ideas about liberty and republicanism, and Louis XVI wouldn't have run out of money quite so quickly.
