    As an independent Baptist I would fellowship with these non-Baptist organizations:

    When I was an Independent Baptist I fellowshipped with many of these places. It didn't make me too popular...but, then I'm not one to try to do the popular thing. As a SBC church member, I still fellwoship with many IFB churches, Evangelical Free and Free Methodists, etc. I don't believe that Baptists are the only ones who have a handle on God's Word or salvation. :eek: :eek:

    As an Independent Baptist I don't believe that we are the only ones who have a handle on God's Word or salvation. I have friends who are other denominations but I just feel that I have more in common with those who believe the way that I do. :rolleyes:

    I just took the poll. The problem is I have not heard of some of the colleges or organizations listed so I could not say "yes" or "no".

    Can't really answer. Some of the individuals I could fellowship with personally as brothers, but couldn't lead my church to formally fellowship with theirs.

    I will fellowship with any one who wishes to fellowship with me.

    I dont let Denominations be a boundary of who I am to fellowship with and I seriously doubt that is what Jesus would want us to do.

    Not really sure I could "fellowship with" an organization. But I could "fellowship with" an individual.

    I would not worship with most on the list for I firmly believe one can only walk with they who are of like-minded faith and practice. Can two walk together except they be agreed?

    In HIS service;
    Jim

    Interesting that more people said yes to IFCA than Grace Seminary. Don't the two line up?

    Isn't Grace a ministry of MacArthur's church while MacArthur is probably the best known member of IFCA?

    Historic ifb'ers have felt comfortable in loose fellowship with other fundamentalist of churches or para-church ministries.

    Since the 1950's most ifb'ers would NOT have much formal cooperation with those on the list.

    Hmm, you might want to re-think this. We will all worship together one day, denominational differences and hair-splitting aside, when the redeemed of the Lord are present with Christ in glory. What a worship service that will be!
