    So, when are the courts going to start throwing the book at these juvenile delinquents?

    This is nothing more than a copycat crime. Their identities should be released as well.
    Criminals whatever their age, have no rights after they take away someone else's.

    We are way too quick to want this type of crime handled with jail time. I say simply take them out and horse whip them short of death. leave scars and they will not do this again.

    Students beat up a teacher sometime ago, and then they beat on each other, and all with impunity, because they know that they will be treated with kid gloves.
    That's the bottom line.
    They can get away with it.

    Oh, the hypocrisies of society, especially American society.

    School buses stop traffic, and an unwitting motorist who doesn't stop when the stop sign of that school bus is displayed better watch out. The children, the children, protect the children !

    Yet, how many babies are murdered each month ?

    Protect the children, don't publish their names, give them a second chance at life, don't punish them like we used to do before TV and before the airplane.

    Yet, how many babies are murdered each month ?

    There was this giant of a man in Georgia who shot two white people because he couldn't muster up the courage to shoot himself dead. You see, he had a mental problem. So, he walks up to these two elderly people who had absolutely nothing at all to do with his mental issues, and shoots them dead so he can get the death penalty.
    His lawyers try hard to save him from the death penalty because he was mentally sick.
    Yeah, right, and two people are dead who did not cause his mental issues.

    So, two people get all their hormones and what have you all worked up and decided to make out but by george something went wrong and the girl gets knocked up so they kill the baby who had nothing at all to do with their libido.

    Well, this same couple will probably make sure their baby brothers and sisters get to and from school real safe.

    The Christian thing to do with people like these kids is to tar and feather them like they do in the old times.
    Open up that shed once more, and give them good old parental discipline without interference from the courts.
