Ingrown Toenail

Have you ever had an ingrown toenail cut out, then have it grow back ingrown again?

No but I've heard of it happening. I heard one doctor mentioning that a good thing to do is to take some cotton and put it over the nail in the corner so that it "goes ahead" of the nail and pushes the skin away while it grows.
