    Recently I posted important announcement

Mrs Salty and I had been planing on buying a house trailer. However, part of the problem was that we felt the monthly payments were too high.

Well, our mortgage broker (whom I have renamed the energizer bunny) wouldn't give up. He kept looking and found a mortgage for us at 7.25%

So the move is back on. We hope to close on Tue or Wed - after he gets the serial number from the factory. So we are back to the original situation. I will be posting much less especially since we now have less time to prep everything. Today, we had a yard sale - did sell some items. :praying:

So keep us in mind as we prepare and execute the move.

    Salty :wavey:

ps this will be post # 6980

Prepare and execute? Proper preparation prevents poor performance, Soldier. You should be prepared to bug out by 0-dark-thirty. If that dependent of yours becomes insubordinate you'll need to pull rank and talk to her like a real man.....

....hat in had and a cowered look as you utter, "Yes dear."

    Blessings on the new home.

You're moving into a trailer, and I wish I could move out of mine. Even in Florida I freeze during the winter since I can't afford to heat this thing, and with paper-thin walls the heat quickly disappears. My air conditioner doesn't work properly and just blows the circuit breaker, and I can't afford to do anything about it. The roof leaks; I paid someone to fix it, and it leaks worse than ever. I haven't been able to get him here to do a better job as he promised to do at no extra cost.

We are getting a brand new trailer with the extra R-30 insulation.

Of course, I hope to find some other ways to stay warm as well :applause:

As I drive around the country, seems like most of the new construction is gated communities, factory built, or terribly ugly acres of welfare project style communities which I hate to even look at from the freeway.

These latter dwellings have none of the advantages and all of the disadvantages of city and of rural living. Enough to drive a person to drink but then he could never find his way home.

Interesting. What jumps out? To me, "FACTION" or "VOICE O FACTION." Maybe the intent was "Voice of Faction." This is the sort of problem generated by the Hebrew and Greek texts.

Interesting theory - but thats what happens sometimes - some folks try to streach the meaning...
