If they rule was not legally done, would that make the voting results voided?
yes
It will be a work of God as in miracle if Trump wins this case, I am hoping so.

Not that if Trump loses that is also not a miracle, it is whatever is in the will of God.

God has His plan, His purpose. I know what I want...

Never gonna happen. The SCOTUS ruling in favor of Trump would end the American experiment. End our representative constitutional republic. It is a blatant act of sedition trying to use the court system to pull it off.

If the SCOTUS rules in favor of this travesty, then any state could take any state to court for anything. All it would have to do is claim it was harmed in some way by what took place in some other state. Don't foolishly think it would only apply to presidential elections.

Did you listen to the video?

Don't need to. I am already quite aware of the sedition you folks are calling for. I have a good understanding of federalism and you folks are calling for an end to it, an end to the constitutional system set up by the Founding Fathers.

As a courtesy, I would read bullets points of whatever is on the 18 minute video.

No, we asking that we have the real system as set up by the Founding fathers, as that was grossly mangled this election!

I guess you have to keep feeding yourselves that line so you can sleep at night, eh?

You seem to enjoy being in bed with those who advocate infantcide!

I'm on the side of the rule of law. I am not advocating sedition like you are.

I voted for Brian Carroll. Can't get more pro-life for the whole life than that.

Now, I've said my piece about this seditious garbage being advocated on this thread. I will not respond to future posts on this thread, whether from someone promoting sedition or not.

the Texas case is a constitutional one, based on law. It is not lawful for judges or governors to set election policies and rules. That is the responsibility of the state legislatures. That is one side of their 2 part case. ALL the rules changes were done without the legislature being involved.

The Supreme Court has rejected the Texas lawsuit.

Supreme Court Shuts Door On Trump Election Prospects — NPR

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an 11th hour challenge to Joe Biden's election as president.

The courts action came in a one-page order, which said the complaint was denied "for lack of standing."

"Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections," the Court wrote.

Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

The Court would likely merely rule the change to election law was unconstitutional. That would leave it to each STATE Legislature to decide what action, if any, to take with respect to appointing State Electors.

The state's constitutions gives the authority to the state legislatures to pick electors. They could even pick one set from the legislatures to send to the electoral college and one from the governor, or election commission or whoever picks electors to send to the electoral college, now that would be interesting.

they didn't want to wade into this mess but election fraud won. Trump can either concede (to election fraud) and spend the rest of his life in prison or declare martial law. Yuk and yuk.

Soap box, ballot box, jury box, ammo box.
