Just as criminal aliens have invaded the United States, rogue Federal Judges are invading the authority of the President under the Constitution.

Judges have usurped by injunctive declaration, Presidential power prior to allowing due process of trial, verdict and appeal.

What action should the Judicial Branch of our Government do to defend the Constitution?

We are seeing court case after court case where the left attempts to overrule or at least slow down the Executive Branch efforts to implement its policies.

Cut spending and staff? Lawsuits and injunctions
Stop biological men from competing in women's sports? Lawsuits and injunctions
Deport gang members? Lawsuits and injunctions.

How did the Judicial Branch obtain the power to nullify separation of powers with injunctive power to override Executive power?

Can the Republican controlled legislature pass with a simple majority within a reconciliation bill, to block District Judges from issuing national injunctions?

Can the Supreme Court issue guidance by majority vote to reign in this invasion by restricting national injunctions to the Appellate Court and above?

Many in the CLS movement want to overturn the hierarchical structures of modern society and they focus on the law as a tool in achieving this goal.


While humans by themselves are usually too incompetent to pull off a conspiracy, Satan has achieved much to advance his plans to use collectives to organize the world into hierarchical systems to leverage his influence. This would include systems to restrict or defeat attempts by us to correct the damage he has already done.

I disagree.

I believe humans can establish laws for the purpose of providing equal justice before the law, rather than enabling the oppressors to suppress the governed. To oppose this viewpoint is to claim scripture is wrong. Consider the parable in Luke 16:1-13. When we behave justly and with mercy, we advance the gospel.

The atheists, such as trained Marxists, dress up their false doctrines in new and redefined words, such as CLS.

One of the well known behaviors of those under the influence of Satan, is misdirection.

On February 27, 1933, the Reichstag building in Berlin, home to the German parliament, was set on fire, an event the Nazis exploited to claim a communist plot and seize power, leading to the suspension of civil liberties and the rise of the Nazi dictatorship.​

Another term is "false flag" operation, where evildoing is attributed to the other side. For example, attacking democracy while charging the other side with attacking democracy. For example, some believe the January 6 "insurrection" was really a false flag operation calculated to prevent Mr. Trump from running again.

An old Supreme Court ruling (Mulberry versus Madison) on the surface seemed to block the legislature from exercising power not given in the constitution, but actually enabled the Judicial Branch to exercise power (Judicial Review) not given in the constitution.
