Terrible, terrible, terrible. Only 60 inches so far this season. That's just a few inches above dusting. Temps early this morning hovered around -17. Few more degrees and Salty and I will have to get out our sweaters!

I have snow and will freely share with those of you who need some. If this keeps up we'll have to delay church or cancel again because of the roads.

...forgetting that 500 residents and one stoplight disqualify us as a city.....

How come they get snow in the Carolinas and our snowmobile trails are closed? I'm going out and do a snow dance or something

I live in the Nawth because I like cold and snow. There ain't enough snow to go out and play. Sub-zero isn't all that bad if you have the right gear for it. I like to snowshoe into camp this time of year. There's so little snow on the ground I could drive my car right up to the front door.

Seven inches of snow, ten degrees overnight, and church services have been cancelled. Apparently Nashville just isn't set up for this kind of weather. Where's global warming now that we need some??

14 degrees this morning, Sunday. The one inch predicted turned into what looks like 10 inches here. I haven't measured it yet. Gotta get the snow blower out. The street is deep in snow and probably will be for several days.

9 degrees F here at the house. Fire is already going. Many of the churches that generally have 1 combined service have just closed up for the day.

SEND SOME SNOW HERE! High today expected to be 42 (normally around 30), no snow on the BROWN ground, and expected to stay like this (except some rain) all week.

Last year, on the other hand, we were praying for the snow to STOP! We had a record 96 inches for the year. Thanks, Lord, that we don't have that this year again!

How about four to six inches? Please!

BTW, I am still praying for the safety and well-being of my brothers and sisters down south who have WAAAAY more ice and snow that normal.
