Is Television a hobby?

    I believe both T.V. and the Internet are addictions.
    I recall (15 years ago) watching soap operas and
    When the show was over I was mad and sometimes
    Couldn’t sleep at night being so anxious for the
    Next days show. Even now I sometimes hurry my
    Housework, anxious to get on the Internet.
    I also believe they are easy addictions to get rid of.
    If I am not online for a few days, I could care less
    About it and in turn won’t go online for a month or
    Two.

    It is a hobby, if you are building it from a kit, and it is an addiction if you are watching it. ;)

    You don't watch cigarette's or drugs, but you can grow and create a joint. So if one smokes joints it's a hobby and not an addiction?

    When I smoke and do drugs, I don't inhale, so it isn't an addiction.
