.... actual, literal tabernacle in Heaven?

Hebrews 8:1-2 talks about what it calls "the true tabernacle." This seems to be telling us that there is, right now, in fact, a real, literal and tangible tabernacle in heaven.

I would assume that this tabernacle would have to be something similar to the one that God directed Moses to build.

Does there exist in heaven today an actual structure called a tabernacle? Also, if there is such a tabernacle, is there any form of daily activity performed such as there was with the tabernacle of the Old Testament?

A tabernacle is a tent or dwelling place. In the Bible it is generally referred to as the tent behind the altar where the ark of the covenant was kept.

The true tabernacle of Hebrews 8 is Heaven--the dwelling place of God. That's all. No tent, no altar, just Heaven where God lives and reigns forever.
