I would not say war crime (it is not a war). Not sure what it would be.

I also do not know if that report is accurate (might be, might not be). The reason is I noticed Military.com is more of a DNC political outlet than accurate.

I can't remember the issue that made me realize this, it was long before Trump came along.

The point I heard is that after the boat was destroyed, two surrivors were clinging to the destroyed boat - then the order came down to kill them as well.
