No, the pinnacle of hypocrisy is evangelical Christians denouncing the Clintons for sexual assaults and then looking the other way when Trump condones them.

Agree. If someone is guilty of something equally wrong, or far worse, it would be wise to keep their mouth shut.

Well, there's also the psychological theory that you can't tolerate one of you own flaws if you see it in somebody else, and that could be going on here.

Always saw the similarity between these two, they both crawl out of the decadent pop culture. Trump's campaign is similar to AS back in the day, it was everybody against him and he prevailed. All the recall polls showed a tie going into election day and he ended up winning by double digits.
