I was given a KJV bible a few years back. It is a clear word edition. Does this mean it has been changed? (hope this is the right place to ask this)

In order to answer your question, some more information would be helpful. Who was the publisher of this edition of the KJV? Is there
a date for when it was published? Are there any other comments about what is meant by "clear word edition?"

"Clear word" could possibly be referring to
a claim that the type used was clearer and more
readable or it might refer to an updating of the
    spelling of some words.

Whether it has been changed may depend on which edition of the KJV to which you compare it? Do you want it compared to the original 1611 edition, the 1769 Oxford edition, the Cambridge Standard Text edition, the 1873 Cambridge edition,
the new 2005 Cambridge edition, etc.?
