It is getting desperate

Sort of an update, and most definitely a prayer request.

I am still without a job. I am currently drawing unemployment (thankfully), but that is our only income right now. My wife is also out of work and is ineligible to draw unemployment. We have been stretching and scraping to make it this far, but we have stretched and scraped as far as we can on our own. Thankfully we no longer have the payment on the old house we cannot sell as my mother-in-law has taken it and the insurance payment and is going to live in it. We still have the payment on our current house, as well as living expenses and medical expenses (insurance ran out last month). Groceries would be nice, too.

The Lord has kept us so far, and we are trusting He will continue to provide for us. I ask you all to pray for this as well. I know He will put me where He wants me, as well as where He wants my wife. I would rather it be NOW, but it will be in His time. I am putting in applications anywhere and everywhere in the meantime.

I have never been without a job since I was 17 years old, but it has been three and a half months without nothing happening. I realize the economy is tanked, but I am more than a little worried about it all. My wife is worrying herself to a frazzle, too.

Thank you all for your prayers, even if they are a short "arrow" prayer. God knows the situation so I am asking you to petition Him on our behalf.
