it's just me

I usually hang around another Christian forum, so I don't think I'll be too active here. But thought I should make an introduction if I plan to participate to any degree.


I was raised in an independent baptist church for the majority of my childhood, my mom being a Sunday school teacher there. (Although there were so few children there that 95% of the time I or my brother were the only ones in her class until we got too old to attend.)

I've been attending a Southern baptist church of my own choosing since earlier this year. I no longer consider myself an independent baptist--or even strictly baptist--although doctrinally speaking I would fit the basic definition of fundamentalist, and yes, baptists in general.


I am:
-an amateur artist
-animal lover, esp. dogs
