My understanding is that it turns out she wasn't truly missing? More information will be available soon. In the meantime, I'm going to try to get in contact with the father and see what the story is. Right now it sounds like just another case of children's services ensuring that children everywhere are placed in the worst situation possible. Gotta love 'em!
