A verse tells us to watch what we say, as what we say reveals our heart. Scripture tells us not to peddle God's word for material gain, and this litigation seems an effort to peddle the good reputation o a professing Christian.

And, lest we forget, this is yet another story based on bring up and tarnishing the reputation of Christians. Or why private persons have little recourse when government infringes upon intellectual property.
