GreekTim I got this book for Christmas as its under the New Studies in Biblical Theology series. I am on my phone and unable to copy and paste the Amazon link for you but can someone else. Is this a good one? This series has been edited by DA Carson. This book looks to be above my normal reading level. What say you?

Barnetts contribution in this text is most helpful for employing a robust historiographical method to demonstrating that Jesus was a historical figure. I don't know what you're reading level but it is most rigorous than the usual texts you've been citing here.

No question about it being a challenging read. However I did attend seminary and once read some deep reads. Books like these for example.
