"World Council of Churches denies Israeli claim to God-given land."

I guess the WCC leadership hasn't read the applicable scriptures. I guess all the members of the WCC will treat this as an edict from on high, sort of like the pope with his decrees. Whoopee.

They read Joshua who admitted that God had completely kept his side of the deal. The Jews blew it and lost the land.

HP: An excellent topic DQ. :) What I would like to know is do the Jews believe God gave them their land? It would at least appear to me that they have their doubts, for at every turn it seems as if though they are ready to part with it for the shallow prospect of peace.

Can you show us any site or article of WCC? In 70's WCC also sided the communists as well.
