In a recent interview with the New York Times newspaper, a liberal beacon owned at least in part by Mexican zillionaire Rivera-resident Carlo Slim, Jimmy Carter seems to have lurched uncontrollably into the truth.

Carter made these remarkable points:

1. He would be willing to represent Trump in a trip to North Korea.

2. NFL players should stand for the national anthem.

3. Obama did not live up to his own promises.

4. The media has been harder on Trump than any other president.

5. He and Roselyn voted for Sanders over Clinton.

IMNSHO, Carter was the second worst President in my lifetime. He never would have defeated Gerald Ford had Ford not pardoned Nixon. Providentially, Carter paved the way for Ronald Reagan.

Someone said Satan (and even his unwitting enablers) mix truth with their falsehoods to gull the gullible.

1) Trump's view is it is pointless to "talk" with NK.

2) Each and every kneeling NFL player has stood to honor the flag, so it is a leftist stunt to tarnish America.

3) It is easy to see why people in their ignorance voted for Obama the first time, but the fact a majority of voters voted for Him the second time reveals an America unable to grasp reality. Our schools are indoctrinating our students.

4) My hope is the majority of voters will realize the fake news coming from MSM and engage in Critical Thinking.

I don't know about Carter's salvation. He is a very loving and kind man. I have been in his Sunday School class. He is so liberal I don't know if he is a Christian or a Universalist.

From what I've heard, Carter went into the Oval Office as an outsider and came out that way, perhaps that's why he empathizes with Sanders and Trump, some outside alliance. Carter sure seems to have a lot of energy for some 90+ year old.

1. Don't let Carter near NK, remember when he won the Nobel for helping out Clinton with this, then they broke the deal two weeks later.

2. They should stand for PR reasons alone. They aren't.

3. Right, so far Trump hasn't, either but it's less than a year in.

4. MSM was pretty hard on GWB, though he wasn't aware of it at the time or even now. They are still in love with Obama.

5. Wonder who they voted for in the general? Clinton, party loyalty, or Trump, outsider?
