We're in the process of calling a new Assistant Pastor. Do you guys use job descriptions? Do you have some that I can see? Or does your job description consist of what my first staff position said: "Do the jobs the pastor assigns" :laugh:

Help would be appreciated!

I have a sermon entitled "Job Description for a Talebearer" :laugh:

You might snoop www.bible.org www.ifca.org and http://www.hm.org/

The second one used to have a pastor's manual and hm.org has different resources, haven't snooped of late.
