What word was he trying to say? BTW, he has always had a stuttering problem but it seems to be worse now.

He stumbles in his words because he has diminished mental capacity not because he stutters. I served in the nursing home ministry for 4.5 years. It is a common occurrence.
Old Joe has a history of stuttering. We knew this in the early 90's, do it is really only a new development in the mind of some who follow fake conservative news (as opposed to fake news that make up mainstream media).
I'm not saying Biden is now (or ever was) sharp enough to be President. Well....in a way, as he apparently is sharp enough to make it to the office.
Joe Biden has not stuttered until recently. He has always said stupid things. Recently, his handlers have walked out stuttering as the reason why. Joe now claims he has stuttered all his life. Joe also claims he used to be a logger, commercial fisherman, truck driver, and civil rights leader who was jailed for marching. Show me in the 90s where Joe said he stuttered.
Joe is senile. My FIL had a stroke recently and listening to him is just like listening to Joe.

I do not think Biden should be President. I disagree with everything about the DNC platform.
But that is not a reason to lie about the man.
And my simply stating a fact that all of us who are in their 50's or older (and were attentive to politics) know about Joe Biden does not justify your false accusations.
That you would compromise your integrity over something so silly as Biden's stuttering shows just how compromised your integrity was to begin with.
I just remember he had a history of stuttering. I'm not going to look through speeches to find examples as I really don't care. He stuttered or got tongue tied. Doesn't matter to me. That part is not a big deal.
What I find concerning is we have career politicians. Biden was elected to the Senate when he was 29 years old (too young to be a senator but he turned 30 before taking office).
Think about that. He was elected at 29 years old and remained a Senator until he became President.
We need term limits in the Senate.
Now, is Biden mentally fit for office? I do not believe any person over 60 is fit for office. That is the age we approach retirement. I would not trust his decisions (if the decisions are really his, which I have some doubt).
Is Biden's policies fit? Absolutely not. The DNC platform is the sins of Romans 3.
Do I believe Biden has-had a stuttering issue? Yes, but just because I recall something about his stuttering when I lived in DC (I only remember because my wife struggled with stuttering). Samuel Jackson also had a stuttering problem.
Do I believe it worth arguing about? No, because I do not believe Biden is fit for the office (mentally, physically, or via platform).
What bothers me is members like @Revmitchell making false claims about me on the forum. You and I disagreed about COVID (but conservative Republicans disagree about COVID....Rand Paul thinks the vaccines don't work, Ted Cruz thinks they do).
I say let disagreements remain where they are, don't invent positions for other people and don't lie about other people (you haven't, which I appreciate).
As far as Biden's tongue-tied....ness....I think it could be due to past stuttering as he has aged, but he could have simply not been able to get the words out. I don't know. I really don't care.
