John 3:16 the meaning of "kosmos." part two

    Getting ahead of the closing.

    Is the, "creation of the world (kosmos)," Rom 1:20 the same as, "the foundation (a casting down) of the world (kosmos)." (exact 10 times) yet different from the creation of the heavens and the earth?

    Just from my understanding I believe the answer to be yes. Therefore I ask why was the kosmos cast down into the creation of the earth?

    I believe the moment the casting down was complete the Romans 1:20 that creation becomes the creation of Romans 8:20 on the seventh day that God rested and on that seventh day God did this because of the love of what he had just cast down, the kosmos; for to vanity was the creation made subject -- not of its will, but because of Him who did subject it -- in hope,

    Why? Was there something present hers; In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. ---- That brought about a down casting of the world which God loved, subjected to vanity, in hope?
