    Julian Bond has a history of oral podiatry. A few more years of his ineptness and stupid decisions, and the NAACP will no longer exist. (I guess if that happened, he would become the PR guy for the Nation of Islam).

    This also proves that in many secular academic circles, there are still some cows far too sacred to approach.

    Well, since Mr. Bonds didn't say it :)wink:) the university could save themselves a LOT of grief by just releasin' those little ol' tapes.

    This is old hat for Julian Bond. I sat in an audience in college 25 years ago and heard him compare the Republican Party to the KKK. I suspect it's just easier for him. He looks on that side of the aisle and automatically sees hoods and swastikas so he doesn't have to hear and think.
