Awesome is a matter of opinion. Who would've thought four months ago that Colt McCoy getting injured could have such a huge impact on a national championship picture.

McCoy doesn't play on a defense and special teams that gave up 45 points to Kansas State.

K-State deserved their victory if for no other reason than to give a glimmer of hope to that vast wasteland in Central Kansas. :tongue3:

Logically, Texas would have sustained more drives with the regular QB. The 2nd stringer showed a tremendous lack of recognition and tried to zip passes that needed more air under them. Possibly this is a major reason the computers had not rated Texas as highly as the 'human' polls; depth must be taken into consideration, and they didn't have much at the clutch offensive position.
