Today at the lunch table, the fourth grade teacher had to watch both classes because the other teacher had to leave and take her husband to a doctor's appointment.

One child said to teacher left in charge, "Where did Mrs. G go?"

She replied, "She had to take her husband to the doctor. She might be back this afternoon."

Another child, a very precocious little girl, was eavesdropping and she whispered very seriously and matter of factly, "You know, teacher, when men get of a certain age they have to go to the doctor and get a prostitute exam!"
