I heard the song "Sweetly Resting" by her on the radio. I'd like to purchase the album and hear the rest of her songs.

I originally thought the first verse was in Gaelic. Pretty anyhow...I love the sound of this song, reminds me of an Irish lullaby.

But it's beautiful. If you get the chance, listen to it.

The first verse translates as the following: (the rest is in English)

Defenseless and forsaken
My heart longs for quiet rest;
But with the feathers (wings) of your love
You softly cover me.

 

She's just called "Kristina".

I had to write to the radio station to figure out who it was, and that's what they told me!
