Arguably more violent than the attack on the Capitol. More officers hurt, but they didn't shoot any unarmed protesters. More property damage, as well. The main difference is the cops held the line and kept the protesters out of the White House. They would have burned it down had they gotten through. Only about 1/2 dozen protesters were arrested. Why so few there and why so many at the capitol protest????

Over 14,000 arrests were made over the summer riots. In D.C. Officials offices were broken into. Laptops were stolen concerning the intelligence community. Your definition of “holding the line” appears different then mine.
