I know that our present culture is a bit different than it was "back then," e.g., I don't buy my kosher pork at the shambles mainly because that franchise doesn't have any nearby outlets.
Somewhere in Paul's writings (I believe it's in one of Corinthian letters.) he makes reference to the gals bitin' their tongues while there's preachin' goin' on. (Still don't have my Strong's to reference this "command.")
So ...... There's this female who's an upper class "person" at the local state university who's a regular attendee at our services. She has a question about something a visiting speaker brought up and wants to know the answer.
Not having a husband, where does God's Word specifically command her to find out the answer?
BTW, if I were she, I'm not so sure my "husband" would have the spiritual maturity to know the answer to my question, given the way a lot of them were acting in Corinth, would you?
