By saying this terror attack in Orlando was the work of a "lone wolf" it is easier for Obama to make this a "work place" violence type killing and in turn blame gun control as the crux of the problem.

I believe that the majority of most successful terrorist attacks come at the hands of one person with a bomb, knife or gun. Thus this "lone wolf" term is an easy way to dismiss the work of ISIS and place the blame on a mote politically acceptable, neutral term, scaling back the real threat in order for the WH to divert the threat to Americans.

Do you agree that most ISIS attacks will be in the form of the so called "lone wolf"?

These people don't exist in a vacuum. The shooter was on the FBI radar and they dropped the ball. His father is a Taliban sympathizer. Why was he allowed to immigrate? Trips to the middle east. You name it. The clues were all there, but PC ruled the day and 50 people are dead.

Thanks a bunch Obama. Along with your worthless Homeland Security boss. You have blood on your hands. American blood.

Nobody is dismissing the work of ISIS in this terrorist attack. Nobody is dismissing the work of ISIS in the San Bernardino attack. Nobody is dismissing ISIS in the Paris attacks; in the Brussels airport bombing, etc. etc.

The FBI screwed this one up. I think they've lost their instinct, or else the lazy attitude cascades down from the top. For President Obama to attack Donald Trump in the wake of this attack instead of trying to unite the country was despicable.

Uh Obama is

THE PRESIDENT: I just met with my National Security Council as part of our regular effort to review and intensify our campaign to destroy the terrorist group ISIL. Our meeting was planned before the terrible attack in Orlando. But obviously that tragedy -- the awful loss of life -- shaped much of our work today.

At the outset, I want to reiterate our objective in this fight. Our mission is to destroy ISIL. Since I last updated the American people on our campaign two months ago, we’ve seen that this continues to be a difficult fight -- but we are making significant progress. Over the past two months, I’ve authorized a series of steps to ratchet up our fight against ISIL: additional U.S. personnel, including Special Forces, in Syria to assist local forces battling ISIL there; additional advisors to work more closely with Iraqi security forces, and additional assets, including attack helicopters; and additional support for local forces in northern Iraq. Our aircraft continue to launch from the USS Harry Truman, now in the Mediterranean. Our B-52 bombers are hitting ISIL with precision strikes. Targets are being identified and hit even more quickly -- so far, 13,000 airstrikes. This campaign at this stage is firing on all cylinders.

And as a result, ISIL is under more pressure than ever before. ISIL continues to lose key leaders.
