looking for a specific preterist commentary

    Besides Jay Adams' book 'The Time is at Hand', does anyone know of a commentary on Revelation from an early date, preterist, amillenial viewpoint that sees the fall of Jerusalem in the 1st part of the book and the fall of Rome in the later part?

    Yes he has. We gave him that info in another thread. I think he is looking for something, however, that is not objective but clearly presents the viewpoint of the preterist. Steve's book is great though... [​IMG]

    Taufgesinnter: Yes, I'm reading Gregg's book on Revelation. It's a very good book. I also have books promoting each of the separate views. The one by Adams just happens to be quite brief so I was looking for a fuller commentary from that perspective.

    Joseph_Botwinick: So are you saying that Noe's book is not only preterist, but that it also holds to an early date, is amillenial, and sees the fall of Jerusalem in the 1st part of the book and the fall of Rome in the later part? That would be great.

    Noe's book is full preterist. I don't know much about the other view you mentioned although I think they are pretty close together.

    How can you be preterist and amillennial? For the most part those two don't go agree with each other. What you might want to look for is something called partial-preterist
