...who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
Perhaps they were asking which of the disciples would be the greatest?

Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Many are still seeking an answer to that question in this day and age? Look to this board, and no further, and you hear that question and read its inquiry in most of the attempts at onesupmanship between some on the baord! It is a sad thing to watch!!

"The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them." (Isaiah 11:6)

Once the curse of sin has been eradicated from this world won't that be a glorious day? "...and a little child shall lead them." Awesome.

...Lord God in Heaven..., help me to realize that humbleness...

A bit off topic, but can someone desire to be greatest in Heaven and still be humble?
