LOVE AND THE UNKNOWN
1Corinthians 2.9-10
9.But just as it is written, 'Things which eye has not seen and ear has not hear and which have not entered the heart of man, all that GOD has prepare for those who love Him.' (Psalm 91.14-16) (Isaiah 64.4) (1Corinthians 2.9).
No one knows exactly how the Kingdom of GOD looks like except those who are in it or at least have gleams of it. But it is certainly beyond our imagination.
The main player in Salvation and Entrance into the Kingdom of GOD underlined here as Love, which is also can be interpreted and presented as Christ. This Statement is very particular and precise and places Love as the source and as the only key to the Kingdom of GOD.
The theme of Love goes throughout entire Bible and presented as a combination of all Spiritual Qualities of GOD in one word Love. Without Love everything is hopeless and meaningless. Love is completely Spiritual thing.
Love has been described in the Bible in many different forms and ways, but the point is always the same, Spiritual Love is the ultimate and only source of Salvation and the entrance into Kingdom of GOD.
James 1.12
12.Blessed is anyone who endures temptation. Such a one has stood the test and will receive the Crown of Life that the Lord has promised to those who Love Him.
James 2.5
5.Listen my beloved brothers and sisters. Has not GOD chosen the poor in the world to be rich in Faith and to be heirs of the Kingdom that He has promised to those who Love Him?
1John 4.12
12. No one has ever seen GOD, if we Love one another GOD lives in us and His Love is perfect in us.
1John 1.6
6. And this is Love that we walk according to His Commandments, this is the Commandment just as you have heard it from the beginning, you must walk in it.
1John 5.2-3
2.By this we know that we Love the children of GOD when we Love GOD and obey His Commandments.
3.The Love of GOD is this that we obey His Commandments. And His Commandments are not burdensome,
1John 3.14
14. We know that we have passed from Death to Life because we Love one another. Whoever does not Love abides in Death.
1Corinthians 13.1-3
1. If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels but do not have Love, I have become a noisy gong, or a clanging cymbal.
2. And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all the mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have Love, I am nothing.
3. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have Love, I gain nothing. (NRSV)
