CNN should not have aired the video in question. It was in bad taste and considering where they got the tape from, well they should be ashamed of themselves. If they have such contacts, and they clearly do, they should use those contacts to help our military catch/kill the terrorists. I also say shame on Bill O'Reilly and Fox News since they also aired the tape. The media does not seem to realize that the terrorists are watching everything they say and that the terrorists are more than happy to use our media as tools.

 

The bottom line is this:

Media: What can we do to get the public to watch us?

The answer, of course, is who watches whatever they come up with, and why? The public can send 100,000 E-Mail messages to the head of CNN or FOX telling them that we are pulling the plug on their news. You are one of the 100,000. You aren't going to watch it anymore. In your E-Mail you write, "Let's see how many advertising dollars you can get when no one is watching!" They won't be able to sell soap any longer.

Well?

 

The Dems want America to lose. It is the only way they can regain political power. They have no other hope for winning elections besides things going bad in the war.

Aw, baloney! We have already won the war - remember "Mission Accomplished"? No WMDs in Iraq, no nuclear programme, Saddam ousted and on trial for his crimes, people liberated, people voted - what's left?

You're wrong - there is fiscal mismanagement including the HUGE deficit, endangering social security and the medicare prescription drug fiasco. There is corruption - always a favorite.

 

In any and all administrations -- along with the House, Senate, etc, be they Democrats or Republicans or any other political group.

 

I don't think you guys will be able to revive "it's the economy stupid".:laugh: (Although, I wish you would try).

The bottom line is this: If it is bad for America and democracy, it is good for the DEMS. They are cheering the terrorists on.

Deficit spending temporarily keeps the economy going.

9-11 and the Iraqi invasion put the lie to that.

That is an intersting insight MP. I do hear this rhetoric on a constant basis from the so called right wing conservative talking heads like Limbaugh an Hannity but yet not one has named a single politician who has said such nonsense , not one quote.

 

Name one Democrat who has anything good to say about the war in Iraq. Now, name the Democrat traitors who have called our soldiers nazis, war criminals, murderers...let;s see here...the names Murtha and Durbin immediately come to mind.
