Lyrics - "God was working out his plan"???????

    Does anyone know a song that has the lyrics "God was working out his plan" in the chorus??

    Is it a new song or old song? I just looked on CCLI and couldn't find anything with "God was working out his plan" but I did find a song called "So Trust Yourselves to a Faithful Creator" by Kay Carney. The lyrics are:

    Chorus 1
    So entrust yourselves to a faithful Creator
    Who is working out His plan
    To change us into the glorious likeness
    Of the Son of man
