National Volunteer Fire Departments are at dangerously low levels of volunteers to the point that some calls are not able to be answered. Check out your local volunteer fire dept!

My township is in the process of building 2 new firehouses (15+ million dollar project).

The firehouses will have room for a few full time paid firemen - since they can’t find enough volunteers.

Many more of our guys will be heading to the States this season I expect, our winter is your summer so it’s good timing.
Just NSW has 72000 volunteer Fire fighters alone, and highly trained.
