Do you assume everyone should know who he is?
I found Matt by an internet search and listened briefly to his sermon on Prayer from Matthew 6. As with us all, we have holes in our theology where we don't know or mistakenly know aspects of God's teachings. Matt seemed to me to think recognizing we are sinners and rely upon God for mercy, we become God's child.
But moving to his message on prayer, I thought it was enlightening, and had me thinking about the flaws in my prayer life.

I would suspect demonic whether supernatural or not.
Same with me as everyone he speaks of is "doing fine" on the other side. I'm afraid I'd have to disagree.

Here is my take on Matt's sermon on prayer from Matthew chapter 6:
Opening:
He used the national uncertainty about what to do in light of Covid 19, to introduce the idea that uncertainty breeds anxiety, and anxiety breeds fear which makes all people, believers or not, inclined to call out to God.
First point:
If we are children of God, we should live as a child of the King, and when needful, we should seek the provision of our "Father."
Matt missed in my opinion on the actual meaning of being "poor in spirit" thinking the idea is we recognize we are sinners. The idea is like poor beggars, we depend on our Father for our needs.
Second point:
Our "disordered" heart leads us to utterly dysfunctional prayers in two ways:
Horizontally we pray in public in a showy manner to impress people.
Vertically we pray in a way to manipulate God so He is obligated to satisfy our perceived needs.
Third point:
Matthew 6 teaches us the way to pray, avoiding the dysfunctional prayer life of the disordered heart.
As His children we should know He knows are needs before we ask for them. He is not only our Father, but is the Sovereign of the Universe and everything in it, able to fulfill our actual needs and He cares for us.
Forth point:
The idea of "Kingdom come" as two aspects, the future aspect that when Christ returns He will reign globally, but for now He reigns individually within His children.
Closing:
He compared a loving parent's gift of a cell phone to their child (with the implicit idea the child call on their parents for help) and God's provision of prayer for His children. We should bring our needs to God, growing more dependent and more at peace.

No comment, other than I sincerely hope that he believes the Gospel someday.
