I prefer both.

For mayo, nothing beats Hellmann's.

But when I want to go low fat, I use Miracle Whip. I've tried store brands, but they were not the same.

Not at the same time I hope.
No silly. That would just totally mess up the flavors of each one.

When I eat a burger, I do like use mayo and mustard. The mayo goes next to the lettuce and tomato and the mustard goes next to the meat. Any other way just ain't right!

Miracle Whip on lunchmeat and cheese sandwiches; Mayonnaise [brand notwithstanding] with chicken patty, steak, or fish sandwich.

Salad dressing over mayonnaise, every time.

Without eggs, one doesn't have to be so cautious, to keep constantly refrigerated, for things like potato salad or macaroni salad at the picnic.

I also am partial to Marzetti's Original Slaw Dressing or Kraft Coleslaw Dressing.

Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and salad dressing.

Another great sandwich is a grilled cheese sandwich, with mustard and salad (or slaw) dressing (one on either side between the cheese and the bread) and a slice of tomato in the middle.

I grabbed Kraft & it just tasted funny.

It's made with clowns.....

EdSutton pointed out an important distinction. Hellmann's (used to be called Best Food's mayo west of the Rockies) is mayonnaise. Miracle Whip is salad dressing. Mayo is made from eggs, oil and vinegar. Salad dressing can be any number of things. They can be used the same way: sandwiches, salads, etc. but are two very different, distinct products.

My Mama swore by Miracle Whip. Mama also said that margarine was just as good as real butter. Mama, obviously didn't know everything. :wavey:

Kraft Miracle Whip all the way! I have never liked mayonnaise, and now we can't take the cholesterol in it.

Mustard? Bleck!

I'm with Ed on the hamburger, except I would also add cheese and onion.

Miracle Whip is not mayo, and tastes nothing like mayo. It is a sweet and disgusting imitation.

I like Hellmans and Danica which is a brand that is not sold in the US.

I really like salsa golf on my hamburger! Its also good on pizza with palm hearts.
