So the difference between Welby and Romney is that Welby is a Christian who had a recent conversion experience but Romney is a Mormon who didn't have a conversion experience.

I'm not an Anglican lover but it is the English state religion. Lets hope this guy actually picks up the bible & actually teaches & lives from it.....unlike his predecessor. God forbid they should drift into bloody American Episcopalian-ism that is totally heretical.
