Oh, I wish "update" is what Trump said, but he didn't. Never mind creating nuclear policy via Tweets. He said "strengthen and expand." It's tough to talk away the word "expand".
BTW, the updating of our systems is already underway.
Not so Salty. There are millions of Americans who now have health insurance who did not have it before Obama was elected. This year the enrollment is up at least 2 million over last year.

Baloney. Eleven million people were forced to drop policies they already had and liked. They were forced to replace them with less coverage at a higher premium , or sometimes no coverage at all and were forced to pay a penalty tax.
That was after your hero, the zero, lied to the American public multiple times, telling them they could keep the policies they had if they liked them.
The whole program is based on lies, subterfuge and illegal exceptions. Most of the new "insured" are carried on the medicaid rolls. When the bill for that hits the states, they'll be dropping them like flies.
