Microsoft download

    I purchased Microsoft Office Ultimate and downloaded it last night. I followed the instructions carefully. Now I cant find the program anywhere on my computer.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Do you remember any part of the file name? You can go to search and ask to search for a file and surround the part you remember with * and search.

    Example if you remember office type in *office.* and see if you find it.

    Can you look in your history and find the download page and download it again?

    If you run Vista go to c: and your user file name directory then look in downloads.

    If you run xp find something to download online and ask to download then when it asks to save, find out where it normally saves things to and go there and look.
