Despite the revelations of the past several years, nothing has changed to push back against the American police state. Our freedoms—especially the Fourth Amendment—continue to be choked out by a prevailing view among government bureaucrats that they have the right to search, seize, strip, scan, spy on, probe, pat down, taser, and arrest any individual at any time and for the slightest provocation.

Despite the recent outrage and protests, nothing has changed to restore us to our rightful role as having dominion over our bodies, our lives and our property, especially when it comes to interactions with the government.

Forced cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans, forced inclusion in biometric databases—these are just a few ways in which Americans continue to be reminded that we have no control over what happens to our bodies during an encounter with government officials. Thus far, the courts have done little to preserve our Fourth Amendment rights, let alone what shreds of bodily integrity remain to us.

Indeed, on a daily basis, Americans are being forced to relinquish the most intimate details of who we are—our biological makeup, our genetic blueprints, and our biometrics (facial characteristics and structure, fingerprints, iris scans, etc.)—in order to clear the nearly insurmountable hurdle that increasingly defines life in the United States.

In other words, we are all guilty until proven innocent.

Worst of all, it seems as if nothing will change as long as the American people remain distracted by politics, divided by their own prejudices, and brainwashed into believing that the Constitution still reigns supreme as the law of the land, when in fact, we have almost completed the shift into fascism.

How do you change the way people think? You start by changing the words they use.

In totalitarian regimes—a.k.a. police states—where conformity and compliance are enforced at the end of a loaded gun, the government dictates what words can and cannot be used. Epa threatens man with $16 million fine over pond

The incident began in 2012 when Fort Bridger resident and rancher Andy Johnson built a small stock pond in order to provide water to his livestock.

Shortly thereafter, Johnson was approached by the EPA and told that his pond violated the federal Clean Water Act, an infraction that carries a maximum fine of $37,000-per-day.

Johnson, who says he obtained all proper permits prior to building the pond, believes the EPA has clearly overstepped its authority.

“We went through all the hoops that the state of Wyoming required, and I’m proud of what we built,” Johnson said. “The EPA ignored all that.”

Illinois Cops Lockdown Town in Search of Suspects in Police Shooting

As more than a hundred police with dogs and helicopters conducted a manhunt, schools were closed and a no-fly zone was imposed over Fox Lake, a town of 10,500. The city is between Chicago and Milwaukee.

The intense manhunt was conducted following the murder of a county deputy sheriff in Texas on Friday.

Police increasingly deny citizens the right to free movement.

Following the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013, officials in Boston, a city of 600,000 people, imposed what was described as a “total lockdown” as police searched for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

West Point professor calls on US military to target legal critics of war on terror

In a lengthy academic paper, the professor, William C Bradford, proposes to threaten “Islamic holy sites” as part of a war against undifferentiated Islamic radicalism. That war ought to be prosecuted vigorously, he wrote, “even if it means great destruction, innumerable enemy casualties, and civilian collateral damage”.

Other “lawful targets” for the US military in its war on terrorism, Bradford argues, include “law school facilities, scholars’ home offices and media outlets where they give interviews” – all civilian areas, but places where a “causal connection between the content disseminated and Islamist crimes incited” exist.

“Shocking and extreme as this option might seem, [dissenting] scholars, and the law schools that employ them, are – at least in theory – targetable so long as attacks are proportional, distinguish noncombatants from combatants, employ nonprohibited weapons, and contribute to the defeat of Islamism,” Bradford wrote.

Massachusetts officer to be fired for fabricating entire event

Police in Massachusetts say an officer shot and set fire to his own patrol vehicle Wednesday despite his claims that he had crashed into a tree after being attacked by a gunman.

The officer’s initial claims resulted in a widespread manhunt, which included the deployment of the department’s Air Wing helicopter, as well as the closure of numerous public buildings including schools and libraries.

Police have thus far made no comments regarding a possible motive, only stating that the officer would be relieved of duty. Police also declined to state whether the officer would face criminal charges.

News of the alleged shooting further stoked nationwide fears of an intensifying rift between the public and law enforcement following the execution-style shooting of a Texas deputy late last week.

This thread is a classic. Notice how many times my opponent uses the "guilt by association" fallacy to try to paint me as a "Putin lover" and disregards any and all evidence contrary to his beliefs.

So how trustworthy are these "officials" that propagated this fake news story and why did so many believe them without question?

The public are manipulated by lies, all supporting the aristocracy’s agenda; and two political Parties are financed by that same aristocracy, to use different sales-pitches for their shared agenda — never to expose the aristocracy’s agenda as being what it is: one in which the aristocracy exploits and uses the public, retaining the profits for itself, while transferring the losses off onto the public, thereby producing ever-increasing already-astronomical wealth-inequalities, and reducing governmental services to the public (which are reduced because more and more of government’s taxation-income is going toward absorbing the aristocracy’s accumulated load of losing bets, and toward paying ever-rising interest on the government’s resulting increasing debt-load).

Decisive evidence as to how the July 17th shooting-down of the MH17 Malaysian airliner occurred is being hidden by the four-nation team that’s doing the official ‘investigation’ into the plane-downing incident.

Obama calls off massive U.S. military assault because truth discovered

Just weeks before the August 21 gas attack in Ghouta, a suburb of Damascus, a highly classified briefing was sent to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel describing Erdogan’s desperation.

The briefing focused on the fact that the CIA’s withdrawal from the “rat line” had left Erdogan exposed militarily and politically. Supplies to Syria could only go through Turkey, not Lebanon or Jordan. If Syria were to win, Erdogan’s dreams of conquest would turn into a nightmare of hostile radicals at his border. It further stated that Turkey had expressed “the need to do something that would precipitate a U.S. military response.”

After the chemical attack, U.S. intelligence sensed that Syria couldn’t have carried out the attack and Turkey was suspect, but no one knew how it was done.

Ultimately, it was Dempsey and the joint chiefs who convinced Obama to change course by telling him “that the Middle East would go up in smoke” if the attack was carried out.

As intercepts and other intelligence kept coming in after the attacks, the evidence was found to support the suspicions. “We now know it was a covert action planned by Erdogan’s people to push Obama over the red line,” said Hersh’s former intelligence official. “They had to escalate to a gas attack in or near Damascus when the UN inspectors were there.”

The inspectors had come to Damascus on August 18 to investigate previous gas attacks.

So why aren't we hearing more about Turkey's role in using poison gas to kill Syrians? Maybe because Turkey is already subservient to Washington and the "international community" where as Assad is not? Turkey may have used poison gas to kill/murder Syrians in order to frame Assad and nary a word is written about it?

Where's the "total" wall to wall condemnation of Turkey? Where's the "total" wall to wall demonization of Erdogan portraying him on the covers of magazines and newspapers as a "bloodthirsty fiend, a pariah, a liar, and a murderer"?

The 2030 Agenda: This Month The UN Launches A Blueprint For A New World Order With The Help Of The Pope

Did you know that the UN is planning to launch a “new universal agenda” for humanity in September 2015? That phrase does not come from me – it is actually right in the very first paragraph of the official document that every UN member nation will formally approve at a conference later this month. Agenda 21 was primarily focused on the environment, but the 2030 Agenda addresses virtually all areas of human activity. It truly is a blueprint for global governance.

And later this month, nearly every nation on the entire planet is going to be signing up for this new agenda. The general population of the planet is going to be told that this agenda is “voluntary” and that it is all about “ending poverty” and “fighting climate change”, but that is not the full story. Unfortunately, there is so much positive spin around this plan that most people will not be able to see through it. Deleting American History: Under New Standards, “U.S. Constitution Simply Ignored by Teachers”

Common Core and similar corporate-driven efforts to alter education are starting to have some serious consequences.

Rewriting history is a major part of the silent takeover that is and has been underway for some time.

The powers that be are interested in control, not in freedom. That much is understood.

As such, American history – as ugly and bloody as it has been – cannot be told. Knowledge about the U.S. Constitution, the critical Bill of Rights and the revolution for independence are inconvenient facts to the new social engineering.

TEXAS SHERIFF SAYS YOU HAVE TBEY THE POLICE BECAUSE THEIR ‘AUTHORITY COMES FROM GOD’

A Texas sheriff recently lashed out at critics, saying that citizens have a moral obligation to “obey the police” because their “authority comes from God.”

Randy Meeks is the Hunt County sheriff, and he believes he is doing “God’s work.”

Meeks recently published a guest editorial in the local Herald-Banner. In it, he cited Bible verses that he claims argue that any one the government puts in charge of you must be obeyed.

The sheriff added that anyone who criticizes the police is defying God, and that this is merely “the ignorance of some people.” He urged officers to “hang in there” while Godless citizens criticize them for punching pregnant women in the belly.

We Are All Terror Suspects Under the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism Program

If you engage in any of the following activities, you could be on a terrorism watch list:

Make suspicious comments regarding anti‑US, radical theology, vague or cryptic warnings that suggest or appear to endorse the use of violence in support of a cause.
Make unusual comments regarding radical theology, vague/cryptic warnings, or anti‑U.S. sentiments that appear to be out‑of‑place and provocative.
Make racist or extreme religious statements coupled with comments that are violent or appear to condone violence.
Post environmental and/or anti-government slogans, banners, or signs that threaten or imply violence.
Spray anti-government or hate graffiti.
Distribute extremist literature at a mall or post it on public bulletin boards.
Participate in paintball and make racist or extreme religious statements.
Seek to learn close combat or hand-to-hand fighting or kill and restraint techniques with no occupational need.
Is overly concerned about privacy in an internet Café, attempts to shield the screen from view of others.
Engage in activities on a computer indicative of evidence of a residential-based internet provider, like Comcast, AOL, etc.
Take part in unusual activity around radical bookstores, campaign offices, activist group centers, abortion clinics, businesses that have been picketed or protested, tenants with political or religious displays, or pet stores that feature live animals.
Purchase firearms and ammunition out of season.
Use cash for large transactions.
Always pay in cash.
Download content of extreme/radical nature with violent themes, or preoccupation with press coverage of terrorist attacks.
Have not taken a boating safety course or do not have a boating certification.
As a small group, ask for quick scuba certification lessons.
Demonstrate unusual interest in remote-controlled aircraft.
Arrive with an unusual amount of luggage, or request a specific room assignment or location in a hotel or motel.

Many of us have suspected for years that American elections are a sham. Not only does it seem like nothing changes no matter how many times we vote the bums out, but sometimes the votes themselves don’t seem to add up. Especially now that we have electronic voting machines, which don’t provide a whole lot of accountability and are notoriously easy to hack.

Fortunately, you can still tell when the votes don’t make sense, even with electronic voting machines. In states like Kansas, where in some counties they use electronic voting machines that also record the votes on paper tapes, there seems to be some blatant inconsistencies with the voting results from the past few elections.

Welcome to America – Several Things to Ponder as the Saudi King Visits the White House

As we speak, U.S. leaders are rolling out the red carpet for one of the most ruthless and barbaric governments in the world: Saudi Arabia.

This isn’t hyperbole. I’ve written a multitude of posts on this very topic over the years as a way to demonstrate the complete and total hypocrisy of U.S. foreign policy. Which is not just anti-democratic, but one of the key contributors to violence and instability around the world.

So how does America receive this monarchy of mobsters which makes ISIS look like the Easter Bunny? This is how.

WASHINGTON — When you’re royalty, go big or don’t go at all.

That’s at least true for Saudi Arabia’s King Salman, who touched down on U.S. soil Thursday to the sight of dozens of black luxury cars awaiting his arrival at Joint Base Andrews located just outside Washington in Prince George’s County, Md.

Wall Street Journal reporter Carol Lee snapped a photo of his epic entourage. (On a recent trip to France, Salman had a 10-vehicle motorcade, and hired an additional 400 luxury car drivers, the BBC reported.)

And his visit is huge — like “renting out the entire Four Seasons hotel and making it gold” huge.

Politico reported that the lavish hotel chain’s Georgetown location has been redecorated, rolling out enough red carpet to keep Salman and his family from ever touching the asphalt. Almost everything has a golden touch, regulars observed, from the mirrors to the hat racks — how elegant!
