Miss. is Upset

I saw on the news that MS is upset because all the focus seems to be on NO. Some of the people are very angry about it.

President Bush went to MS/AL even before he went to NO. NO has a very real problem of non-receding flood water. It had to be prioritised.

I understand that but I can also see why those in MS might be upset.
