Momofuku Ando has passed away

    Momofuku Ando, inventor of the two-minute noodle has passed away today.
    Many of us remember Momofuku Ando for his invention of Ramen Instant Noodles.
    Momofuku Ando was 96 years old and will be missed.

    I like Ramen noodes. I didn't know who invented them. Thank you for the article.

    Even though I never knew his name this guy is certainly one of my heroes. I lived off those things in college and in high school I certainly kept him living comfortably. On more than a few rainy Saturdays my brothers and I would heat us some of those noodles and put on the Beetlejuice video. Fun, even on a rainy day.

    I lived off those good ole Ramen Noodles for years...not because I had to but because I actually wanted to. I loved them! Creamy Chicken flavor...add hot water and one slice of cheese. It was the best!
