That experiential reconciliation unto God was accomplished by Christ's Work of the Cross, or in the Body of His Flesh, meaning His obedience unto death Rom 5:19 and Phil 2:8, so that all for whom He died shall be Holy and Unblameable Col 1:21-22
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
Remember Paul said that they were first reconciled to God by Christ's Death WHILE ENEMIES Rom 5:10, now He presents the continuing effects of Christ's Death of reconciliation which now makes being enemies past tense " Ye were sometime alienated " but yet now He hath experientially reconciled to God !
Now the World that was reconciled to God in 2 Cor 5:19, shall meet to this end, shall be Holy and Unblameable in God's sight, to the Praise of Christ's Death ! Folks any sinner dying in a state of alienation from God, Christ did not die for them !
