And why should we care about this person?
Did Christ tell us to care only for those who do not have tattoos and are beautiful? I've never heard of the woman in the picture. Looks like she is to be pitied and helped if possible.
CTB, my question is not about her tattoos. My question is what has happened in her life to cause her picture to be posted here without any further comment.
From research;
Varn is charged with Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, and Malicious Injury to Personal Property. Varn signed a personal recognizance bond on the property damage charge, but bond was denied for Robinson and Varn on all the other charges. Two suspects arrested for armed robbery and lengthy stand-off with police
The apparent mug shot interest is in reference to her "eyes", that appear tatted; a fairly new procedure, unlike the seemingly now skin tatting craze.
Eyeball tatting can give a person an alien like (and creepy imo) appearance'

Yes, some type of comment should have been included in the OP.
I don't know what went on in her life before the photo, but it appears it has not been a good or happy life. We can hope and pray that the future is better for her and those around her.

How do we know her eyeballs were tattooed? It could just be a photoshop job. Very easy to do. A lot easier than getting your eyes tatted.
No one said her eyeballs were tattooed!
I figured she had contact lenses in.
There are contacts the color that her iris appears.
However the sclera (white part of the eye) is not covered by a contact lens, and hers shows to be black in 2017, but not in 2015
