Muslim says that it is ok to discriminate

    Muslim says that it is ok to discriminate when that is part of one's religious belief.

    Erick Vickers of the American Muslim Alliance was on the O'Reilley factor and stated that muslims can (& should) discriminate against riders that did not fit their muslim faith, even if they were blind and had a seeing eye dog.

    He went on to say that in America we should accomodate religion . . . I vote for sending muslims back to islam to accomodate my religious faith.

    And what is this religious faith of your which repels non-believers?

    My faith, Christianity, seeks to engage non-believers so that they might be saved.

    I don't have acess to FOX News on my cable. And I am sure that there is more to the story than the few short sentences that you provided. How do I know that you didn't make this story up in your head?

    When did your forget the use of exaggeration? It is ludicrous that muslim taxi cab drivers can refuse to give a ride to someone because they violate their 'religious faith' and we are asked to accommodate their faith.

    Hassan Mohamud Imam at St. Paul said that they are asking for religious accommodation here in the USA for these cab drivers to help their morale.

    Hassan did say that he did not consider the seeing eye dog was part of this issue. However he seemed to think that the accommodation of the muslim took precedence over the accommodation for the non-muslim.
